At arnold munene, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and beauty products, returns are not accepted if the item has been opened or used, for health and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used hygiene products

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Digital products (including ebooks or digital magazine editions)

  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
